  • With over 15 years of experience spanning public sector consulting, contract management, and organizational transformation, Johnathan is a cultural and systemic strategist with deep experience advising organizations on leadership maturity, organizational design, accountability structures, and performance alignment. His work in corporate America has centered on helping leaders move beyond surface-level change toward sustainable systems that support people, processes, and mission outcomes.

    At the core of Johnathan’s leadership is a commitment to clarity, integrity, and responsibility. Through The Well Group, he and his team partner with clients not simply to advise—but to build capacity, strengthen leadership, and deliver outcomes that endure. Johnathan is the author of Bridges, a leadership and development framework that explores responsibility, influence, and structural integrity in leadership.
